For the uninitiated, Akhilesh Yadav and Dimple Yadav got married on November 24, 1999. It was an inter-caste marriage, and once in an interview with a leading publication, Akhilesh opened up about it. The politician clearly stated that he doesn’t believe in the caste system, he said, “I am not a casteist. We both got married after breaking the wall of casteism. Dimple is from another caste, and I am from another caste.” The stunning political couple is blessed with three children, two daughters, Aditi and Tina and a son named Arjun.
