Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone recently attended the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025 on May 1, 2025. During the event, the two actors sat down for a panel discussion, The Journey: From Outsider to Ruler, with Karan Johar. A video from the moment surfaced online, where the Fighter actress was seen wearing a gorgeous black kurta with a golden border, matching dupatta and tied her hair in an updo. On the other hand, SRK looked as charming as ever in a black suit. Taking the opportunity, Deepika recalled her experience working with Shah Rukh Khan in her debut film, Om Shanti Om and said:
“He is the biggest superstar of our country. Call it destiny, hard work, whatever. I think the point is that it just felt like home, comfortable; I could make mistakes and be vulnerable, and I think that’s why I was able to thrive, and the movie went on to do what it did because it was made with a lot of love.”
