90 Day Fiance: Mahdi Bails on Busty Burlesque Show
On 90 Day Fiance, Mahdi Al-Saadi is a little worried about the bachelor/bachelorette burlesque show he’ll be attending. Stevi Savage‘s friends have planned a boozy evening of burlesque in New Orleans. While Mahdi has seen movies about wild bachelor parties in America, it’s completely foreign to him as an Iranian. It doesn’t help that Stevi’s friend Claire, who she’s painted nude is involved. As Mahdi Al-Saadi fears there was more than painting going on.
Mahdi Al-Saadi is a good sport at first. But things get a little tense when his friend Saeed shows up and throws a little shade Claire’s way. Leading Stevi to wonder what all Mahdi told him. It’s a typical NOLA burlesque show with flowing booze, boobs and costumes. But it proves too much for Mahdi who bolts mid-performance after a dancer works her magic with tassels. Saeed clutches his pearls but stays to watch till the end.
Later over drinks, Mahdi Al-Saadi reflects on 90 Day Fiance. He actually apologizes to the way he treated Claire. Saeed is in disbelief that Mahdi is dialing back. Stevi Savage defends the timeline of the relationship when Saeed questions her. Mahdi Al- Saadi has Stevi’s back. And suggests he will keep his promise to Stevi’s dad that he won’t force his cultural differences on her.
90 Day Fiance: Sarper Guven Agrees to Make Amends with Dan
Sarper Guven is still processing his stand-up comedy debut on 90 Day Fiance. Over croissants and coffee he discusses it with Shekinah Garner. She’s supportive but reprimands him about the heckling of her friend Dan. Shekinah believes Sarper was in the wrong. Even though he disagrees. Nonetheless he agrees to talk with Dan. Since she values her group of friends like a family.
Sarper meets up with Dan at his home. Which is literally a castle. Dan is eager to show off his home. But Sarper just wants to get down to business. Dan says he isn’t intimidated by Sarper. Suggesting he’s just as much of a bad boy. And implying that there was more to his date with Shekinah than a kiss. But Sarper Guven keeps his cool. In spite of wanting to go outside and finish things the old-fashioned way. He agrees to call the feud even and make peace. Even after Dan suggests he will keep an eye on him.
TLC Throuple in Trouble Again
In the latest drawn out chapter of the very first 90 Day Fiance throuple, Any Aguirre sobs after being outed as a still-married woman named Brenda. Outfitted in a turtleneck and a pink hair bow, Any blames her web of lies on Amani Jlassi being “angry all the time”. Amani suggest she’s angry over situations like this. Where Any’s ex Rey gave away her secrets. Matt Jlassi looks bored while Any cries, Rey flip-flops and Amani scolds.
Shawn Finch dishes with a long time business partner, client and friend. He worries how he will feel about Alliya de Batista should she move forward with gender reassignment surgery. With only 2 weeks before the wedding, she suggests he take an honest approach with Alliya. Shawn explains his doubts to Alliya after an afternoon of rollerblading. She admits it’s hard to hear. But acknowledges that it affects both of them.
90 Day Fiance: Joan Says Yes to Her Dress
On 90 Day Fiance Greg Chillak is headed out for his first day of work. His mom Lucille and Joan Kruchov dote over him and pack him a lunch. Greg is nervous. But he’s eager to get back into the real world and start a new job. Especially since it means a lot to Joan. The wedding is coming up soon. And Joan wants to get her dress altered. Greg’s mom agrees to take her. And suggests she can come in with her to her to help at the fitting.
But she’s a little hurt when Joan suggests she will be talking to her family instead during the fitting. Lucille makes a strange comment about “payback”. Joan is thrilled with the dress when it fits just right and shows off her curves. But there are tears when she video chats with family. It seems they won’t be able to attend the wedding. And having her family there was always a dream of course.
Another 90 Day Fiance bride trying on her wedding dress is Mina Mack. Her sister arrives for support. She’s relieved when the dress still fits after worrying about weight gain. The sisters share tears over their mom who passed away. And Mina worries if her son Clayton will make the nuptials. Later, Mina complains about living in New Hampshire. But Mark Bessette stands firm that she knew what she was getting into. In the end, Mina Mack signs the prenup. Till next time!
