Abhishek Bachchan remembers the first time he met Aishwarya Rai in Person
In a heartfelt conversation with Nayandeep Rakshit, Abhishek Bachchan reflected on his family bond, particularly with wife Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya. He fondly recalled first seeing Aishwarya in the late ’90s during a location recce in Switzerland for Amitabh’s Mrityudata, where he visited Bobby Deol, who was then shooting Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya with the stunning newcomer, Aishwarya Rai. He recalled:
“I was on a recce for my father’s film Mrityudaata with Mr. Mehul Kumar and our head of production, Shagun Vag, in Switzerland. My mother had sent me there because I’d grown up in Switzerland and studied in boarding school, so they felt I’d be familiar with the locales. Around the same time, I was very close to Bobby Deol, who was shooting Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya.”
