While presenting a gripping time travel drama, Netflix’s Time Cut also features memorable performances from its talented cast members. Directed by Hannah MacPherson, Time Cut riffs on many familiar tropes of the slasher and time travel genre to walk viewers through a compelling tale of grief, revenge, and the ripple effect of one’s actions. However, even though it does not cover new ground in the genre, it manages to instill nostalgia in viewers through its portrayal of the mid-aughts.
