For the unversed, it was on December 4, 2024, when Allu Arjun paid a surprise visit to his fans at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad for the screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Well, his fans started creating a clamour to get a glimpse of the actor, which ultimately led to a stampede. Moreover, a 39-year-old lady lost her life to this stampede, while her son was critically injured. Allu Arjun was arrested in the case and was released a day later. Amid this going on, AIMIM MLA, Akbaruddin Owaisi made some shocking claims. Speaking in the Telangana Assembly, Akbaruddin Owaisi, without taking Allu Arjun’s name, said that he had been informed that an actor was informed about the stampede and the death of the lady, and following this, the actor said, ‘Now the movie will be hit’. In Akbaruddin Owaisi’s words:
“As per my information, when he was informed about the stampede and the death of a person, he said ‘now the movie will be hit’.”
