Amid ‘War 2’ Teaser: Jr. NTR Had Once Revealed Difference Between South Indian and Hindi Films

The teaser of the upcoming Bollywood movie, War 2, has taken social media by storm. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji of Bramhastra fame, and stars two actors who are at the top of their game in their respective film industries. Hrithik Roshan, who has won many hearts with his decades-long iconic Bollywood performances, is back to reprise his role as ‘Major Kabir’ in the sequel of War.

However, the surprise for all cinema lovers is the introduction of Telugu superstar, N.T. Rama Rao Jr, aka Jr. NTR, into the spy universe of YRF productions. The actor is known as the ‘Star of the masses’ and has given numerous pan-Indian hits. Amid the chatter around his Hindi film debut with War 2, Jr. NTR revealed the differences that he has noticed in the South Indian film industry and Bollywood

Jr. NTR opened up about his approach to acting in War 2 and how it clashed with Ayan Mukerji’s filmmaking 

Jr. NTR will make his Bollywood debut with War 2. Meanwhile, he has produced and acted in around thirty Tollywood films. The Telugu superstar, in a Netflix interview of 2024, had talked about his role in the upcoming Hindi film. He revealed in the interview that director, Ayan Mukerji loves preparing and organising everything before shooting. However, Jr. NTR described himself as an ‘instinctive’ actor. The actor and director had very opposite approaches to bring out emotions while acting. Talking about their different ways of acting, Jr. NTR said:
