Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay, the iconic ‘Tulsi’ and ‘Mihir’, will be all set to play the roles of their iconic characters in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2. Reports doing the rounds have revealed that the duo have already started shooting. The buzz related to Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 is high as it was one of the cult classic serials. Now, a video has gone viral, in which Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay were seen entering the residence of Ekta Kapoor.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was a favourite serial of all the 90s kids. Reports doing the rounds suggest that the original cast that had Smriti, Amar, along with Mouni Roy and Karishma Tanna, would be seen in the serial. Karishma and Mouni reportedly will be making cameo appearances. However, it was on June 8 2025, when Smriti and Amar were seen entering Ekta Kapoor’s residence. Amar had worn a white shirt with beige-hued jeans while Smriti had worn a black salwar kameez with a red dupatta and specs. Amar looked at the paparazzi and posed while on the other side, Smriti walked in a hurry inside Ekta’s office, turned and then smiled at the camera.
