Torii’s head chef reveals why they decided to address the claims made by a vlogger

Torii’s head chef, Stefan Gadit recently sat down for an interview with SCREEN and discussed the fake-paneer (cottage cheese) controversy which took place with their restaurant. He explained that when anyone raises questions over the service of their restaurant without any proof, it does impact their business. Stefan stated that they always ensure that they use the best quality ingredients and give an ideal food experience to their customers. Consequently, they felt it was necessary when a vlogger claimed that they served fake paneer. In his words:

“The quality, the ingredients, everything we provide is top-notch; we had nothing to worry about. We issued the statement so that people could know what is happening and how things are done.”
