Behind the total number of lives taken away by the incident, there were dreams shattered and the lives of their family members, which are now left altered forever. One such heartbreaking story is about 26-year-old Bhavik Maheshwari, who used to work in the UK and tied the knot just days before rejoining his duty at the office.

Before the shattering plane crash took place, Bhavik Maheshwari came from London to his home for a short vacation with his family. His family was overjoyed at his return and spent happy moments with him. They also suggested to him that he should get married before going back to the UK and arranged a marital alliance for him. When other things fell into place, he had a simple court wedding on June 10, 2025, in the presence of close friends and family members, just two days before his untimely demise in the Air India plane crash. His teary-eyed father, Arjun Maheshwari, told the reporters:
“During his trip to his hometown, we arranged his marriage.”
