Based on the Image Comics series of the same name by Tim Seeley and Mike Norton, Syfy’s latest series, Revival, might have only just aired its debut episode, but it’s clear to those who tuned in that this is a horror hit in the making. Featuring Wynonna Earp star Melanie Scrofano back on the network after the success of the Western drama, Revival follows the rise of the dead, although not in a zombie form as many might expect, instead, in some supernatural phenomena, returning as if they’d never left.
