Kajol is among the few actresses who are open to experimenting with their on-screen roles in today’s time. Her successful journey in showbiz started back in the early ’90s, and it was some of the big hits in her career, like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Fanaa with Yash Raj Films, which made her a part of the top actresses in the industry. But Kajol came across a difficult situation in 2012 when her husband, Ajay Devgn had a public clash with YRF over the release of his film, Son Of Sardaar. Although the actress has been quiet about it in the past decade, she recently opened up about how she felt in the middle of that battle.

Kajol admits feeling ‘helpless’ over Ajay Devgn’s clash with Yash Raj Films

Kajol recently sat down for a conversation with The Lallantop wherein she took a trip down memory lane and recalled how the clash between Ajay Devgn and Yash Raj Films took an emotional toll on her. When asked about how she managed to be close to both parties during the conflict, the Maa actress acknowledged that fights aren’t easy, especially when left unsolved. However, both parties were standing up for themselves, and she couldn’t do anything. In her words:

“Fights are always difficult, especially when they remain unresolved for some time. At that point, when you have a situation like that in front of you, both parties are standing up for themselves. As somebody who was connected to both sides, I felt helpless.”
