He has been clarifying since 2024 that he followed a healthy weight loss diet and regimen; however, netizens do not seem to agree. Now, recently, Karan’s pictures went viral, where netizens claimed that Karan shrank and blamed it on the Ozempic side effects.

A picture of Karan that was allegedly taken with Samay Raina went viral on social media. He had worn a grey-hued shirt, jeans, and netizens felt that he looked aged due to the side effects of Ozempic. Karan’s face looked shrivelled, drained out. One Redditor commented, “I don’t know if he is on Ozempic or not, but anti obesity drugs got approval in India( Wegovy, Mounjaro ) and are going to be rampant in the next few years.” Another Redditor commented, “Ozempic does have side effects, but those who overdo it end up looking like this. Plus, he is 50+ and severely underweight at this point.”
