Kamalika Guha attended an event on May 8, 2025, during which, she had a candid conversation with Viral Bhayani. The paparazzi page shared a video of the actress on their Instagram handle. In the clip, when Kamalika Guha was asked about Smriti Irani’s return to the television industry, she responded by stating that her exit was a great loss to the entertainment industry. Kamalika called Smriti extremely talented and a wonderful actress. She was quoted as saying:
“Smriti is a wonderful actor. Aur Smriti ka acting chodhna is a loss to the acting industry because she is really wonderful and extremely talented.”
